Board of Trustees (BOT)

• The Board of Trustees consists of 9 members, who have the main shares in the university asset and appointed by themselves.

• The board of trustee is the founders and investors of central university.

• The Board of Trustee is responsible for setting the general policy of the University; oversee the overall activities of the University according to its adopted educational policy, supervise and periodically  valuate the performance of the University, promote the relationship between the University and other educational Institutions. In addition, they will approve the formation and cancellation of departments or centers.

• The Board of Trustee has the power to appoint the Rector of the University, approve the annual budget of the University and prepare and plan fundraising campaigns.

University Senate (operations board)
University Senate is the second highest level of governing body, headed by the rector.

The University Senate provides the operational frame of the University.

They will undertake the general operation and administrative functions of the University in accordance with the terms and conditions specified by the BOT.

The operations board is composed of the following:
1. University’s Rector: chair person
2. Deputy Rector (Academics affairs)
3. Deputy Rector (Admin and Finance) as a member
4. deputy rector for Research and Development
5. Registration

Academic Council
The University shall have an Academic Council which is accountable to the University rector
The Academic Council is composed of the following:
1) Deputy Rector (Academics) as Chairperson.
2) All Deans (Faculty & non-faculty) as members.
3) Deputy Rector (Admin and Finance) as a member.
4) One member from the teaching staff of each Faculty

Responsibilities of Academic Council
The Academic Council advices and supervises the academic affairs of teaching staff, research affairs, studies, and publications with the following duties:

• To establish rules to encourage scientific research;
• To propose establishment of scientific research centres;
• To encourage the relationship between research centres and advice the links with research centres outside the University;
• To identify encouragement and acknowledgement awards for scientific works and govern how to pay the same.
• To recommend publishing research, books, and scientific theses;
• To propose the issuing of scientific periodicals;
• To propose the establishment of scientific societies and ways of coordinating them; and to recommend referred textbooks and university theses which needs revision?
• Evaluate academic certificates of teaching staff if necessary;
