Overall Goal of the Program |
To prepare female math and physics teachers who are skilled and can get jobs in Somalia, and who can help the country’s long-term growth through standardized, high-quality, and gender-sensitive teacher training. |

Specific Objectives of the Program |
The specific objectives of this program are to: 1. Provide female students with a two-year integrated diploma in mathematics and physics that builds their academic and practical skills within the Rajo Kaaba framework. 2. To guarantee that graduates can handle the responsibilities of teaching and community involvement with a curriculum that emphasizes life skills, reading, and numeracy. 3. Give female students hands-on instruction in contemporary, marketable skills that improve employability and entrepreneurial prospects, particularly in the areas of laboratory work, digital literacy, and problem-solving. 4. Encourage women to take on leadership roles in education by including mentoring programs, gender-responsive pedagogies, and role models. 5. To create female educators who are prepared for the workforce, training materials should be in line with Somalia’s Education Sector Strategic Plan (ESSP) and the demands of the labor market. |

1. Completion of secondary education 2. Female applicants only. 3. Demonstrated interest in teaching Mathematics and Physics at the secondary level. 4. Basic literacy and numeracy skills. |
